Image descriptions:

Image 1 is aligned to the top left, with the bold text “breast” to the right. Image 1 is of a fat lighter-skinned breast surrounded by piled on cooked noodles, the stiff rigatoni kind. 

Image 2 is aligned to the middle right, with the bold text “plates” to the left. Image 2 is of a lighter-skinned fat and naked chest piled with whole vegetables, with a pepper, a carrot, and other indistinct vegetables circling 2 naked breasts. 

Image 3 is aligned to the bottom left, with the text “photos of/by those hot babes from Seattle’s Sisters of Size”. Image 3 shows a naked fat lighter-skinned belly and chest photographed from below. The two nipples are covered with whipped cream circles with cherries on top. A banana is posed cupping the bottom of the left breast, seemingly held by the model’s own hand. Whipped cream is also mounded between the two breasts, with a cherry on top.
